Calling all #pumkinspice lovers, this Snickerdoodle variation is for you. We're getting close to the end of pumpkin season but it's not too late to make these pumpkin snickerdoodles. Perfect for rainy day baking, or for your dessert contribution for Thanksgiving.
And the best part? You can make them using my Snickerdoodle Cookie Mix, meaning little mess for you!
You will need:
One snickerdoodle cookie mix
2 Tbsp butter, melted
1/4 Cup + 2 Tbsp pumpkin puree
1 large egg
It's as simple as that! Substitute in the pumpkin puree for a portion of the butter as described above, and follow the instructions on the box!
