Orange Cranberry Oatmeal Cookies

Orange cranberry is a classic winter combo, seen in both baked goods as well as cocktails and even salads. These orange cranberry oatmeal cookies are so easy to make, using an Oatmeal Cookie Mix, and just a few additional ingredients!

Orange Cranberry Oatmeal Cookies

1 Oatmeal Cookie Mix

1 stick unsalted butter

1 large egg

1/2 tsp., plus 1 Tbsp fresh orange juice, seperated

1/2 Cup dried cranberries

1/2 Cup powdered sugar

1 tsp orange zest

1. Begin making the oatmeal cookie dough as instructed on the box. When you beat in the melted butter and egg, also add 1/2 tsp of fresh orange juice into the dough. After the flour is fully combined, also add in the dried cranberries. Bake as instructed on the box.

2. While the cookies are baking, begin making the icing. In a small bowl combine the powdered sugar with 1 Tbsp orange juice and 1 tsp orange zest.  If the icing is too thick, add water just a couple of drops at a time until you reach the right consistency. If it get's too runny, add a tiny bit more powdered sugar.

3. While the cookies are still warm, drizzle the icing over the top. Let cool and enjoy!
