Looking for a cross between an ooey, gooey brownie and a chocolate chip cookie? Your answer is a skillet cookie! And, all you need is a Salted Espresso Chocolate Chip cookie mix and a skillet! (I used two small, 5" skillets)
Follow the instructions on the cookie mix box until the dough is made. Once the dough is made, split it in half and press evenly into the bottom of your skillets. Sprinkle the tops with finishing salt. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until the top is golden brown and the middle is fully cooked. Let cool, and enjoy with a scoop of your favorite ice cream!
