Brown Butter Snickerdoodles

Browning butter is a very satisfying thing. As you listen to the butter crackle and pop as it cooks past it's melting point, it becomes pleasantly nutty. Brown butter is a great substitution in many baked goods and can be used in any of our baking mixes

Brown Butter Snickerdoodles

You will need:

One Snickerdoodle Cookie Mix

1/2 Cup brown butter

1 Large egg


1. Brown your butter using these instructions and let cool for a few minutes. Follow the instructions on the cookie mix, simply substituting the 1/2 Cup melted butter for 1/2 Cup brown butter (browned bits and all).
