Peanut Butter Swirl Brownies

We love finding different, fun ways to transform our baking mixes from classic to one of a kind. Now of course with our use of the highest quality, organic and non-GMO ingredients, they are pretty spectacular as is... but why not have a little extra fun with them?

We took our Dark Chocolate Brownie Mix, added dollops of peanut butter into the middle, swirled it around, and baked! (don't worry, more specific instructions are below.)

Don't forget to share your baking mix experiences with us on instagram

One Dark Chocolate Brownie Mix

1 stick unsalted butter, melted

2 large eggs

3/4 Cup peanut butter (we used crunchy, but just use your favorite!)

1. Begin making your dark chocolate brownie mix as instructed on the box. Once your batter is made, pour 1/2 of it into your prepared pan. Dollop about half of the peanut butter into a layer, then pour the rest of the brownie batter on top and spread evenly. Dollop the remaining peanut butter on top and pat it in so that it's in an even layer with the batter. Take a butter knife and swirl the peanut butter and brownie batter together. Bake as instructed on the box.
